
Their customer service stuck me in a loop of telling me that my account had been banned, that it was purged and they couldn't return it, that they couldn't compensate me for the credits and that every purchase is "at my own risk", and they never acknowledged that their OWN customer service department GAVE my account away to a thief, despite me having plenty of evidence and the e-mails with the text from the 'recovery case' that the scammer filed in order to steal my account.They owe me $1000+. I provided IMVU proof of everything, the original e-mails and the CORRECT data and even my original usernames.

I discovered this recently when I couldn't log in with my credentials.

In broken English, they said the account was theirs and they couldn't access it, they also gave them the WRONG name, the WRONG paypal, the WRONG original e-mail, and "**********" - incomplete city/state where they thought the account was made.

In 2020, a scammer started a case with IMVU's terrible customer service department. I had put hundreds of dollars of credits in and I was a creator and made at least a thousand dollars worth of credits.
